Refund Policy

You can hear every master before you pay, so most people know what they're getting. If something still isn't right, here's how refunds work.

Single tracks

If you bought a single master and you're not happy with it, email us within 14 days of the purchase and we'll refund it.

Pro

If Pro isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, you can cancel any time from Manage plan and you won't be charged again; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How to ask

Email support@dropmastr.com from the address on your account and tell us which purchase it's about. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
