Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of DropMastr, an online audio mastering service. By uploading audio or buying a plan, you agree to them.

Your music stays yours

You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to the masters we make from it. We claim no ownership. You give us permission to process your files only to provide the service to you.

Only upload audio you own or have the right to master. Don't upload anything illegal or anything that infringes someone else's rights.

Plans and payment

Previews are free, within the daily limit shown in the app. Downloads need a single-track purchase or a Pro plan. Pro renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage plan, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are handled by Stripe.

A single-track purchase unlocks all versions of one uploaded track. Albums are part of Pro.

The service

Mastering is automated. We work hard to make it sound great, but we can't promise a master will suit every track or every taste, which is why you can listen before you pay. The service is provided as is, and we may change or improve it over time.

Uploaded files and masters are kept for up to 7 days so you can come back and download them, then deleted. Keep your own copies.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, DropMastr isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
